                                                             Shipping

 

-How long does it take to process an order?

 

Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We are wizards, but we are still mortals, so we aren't perfect, and special circumstances happen.  During holidays and weekends we will wait to ship until the next business day. We'll make sure and let you know if there is a delay.

 

-Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes, we do!  We also ship APO/FPO.  For shipping outside of the US,  The Magical Merchant is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

 

-How about custom orders?

 

Custom orders usually take 1-2 weeks, but can take up to 6-8 weeks to complete during the holiday seasons -- for a custom handmade dragon hide box, for example. Other personalizations (such as a specific color wand or wood label on a wizard wand box),  we can complete much faster -- about 1-2 weeks. We'll give you a heads up when we ship.

 

-What if I want my order faster?

 

No problem!  You have the option of choosing Priority or Express shipping for an extra fee.

 

-How about during the holidays?

 

It gets busy!  We are scurrying around trying to get you your order on time. Please order early!  The USPS gets swamped with packages, and they can't always get everything shipped out the day they receive it from us.  Allow extra time for holiday delivery, and get your order in as soon as possible so we can get your gift orders out on time.

                                                     
 
                                                                Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase.  Notification of return must be given the The Magical Merchant, along with reason for return.  Custom items with personalization, and custom sized dragon hide boxes are not eligible for return.
